Dr. Bernhard Loer

A very helpful, friendly, and competent veterinarian! I last saw Dr. Loer as a client 16 years ago and have now returned to the area with a new horse. He remains a top-notch doctor and person, took me on call during the emergency service, gave excellent advice, treated my horse afterward, and provided me with comprehensive guidance. I am completely satisfied and grateful that there are still relaxed, friendly, and competent veterinarians in this area.

Mr. Loer has been caring for my mare for many years, has always provided us with expert help, and his prices are fair. Just last year, he saved my mare's life by quickly and accurately diagnosing a serious intestinal displacement, allowing us to get to the clinic in time. I simply don't understand the two negative reviews. Perhaps some people didn't hear what they wanted to hear... He handles horses with great sensitivity, is very honest, and doesn't mince words. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Loer is a very friendly and empathetic veterinarian who truly cares about the animals' well-being. He is highly competent, not just as an equine vet. He even follows up the day after treatment to check if everything is okay. I have only positive things to say about him and highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, I live too far away; otherwise, Mr. Loer would have been the veterinarian for my new horse, which he examined before I bought it. Competent and highly recommended.

The best. High level of expertise in many areas, open to new medical developments and findings. Recognizable by his dark sense of humor. A passionate horse doctor. Dislikes: the silly half-knowledge of horse owners, horse people who starve their horses based on dubious feed advisors. Knows where the line between life and suffering lies.
