The veterinarian is fantastic in terms of expertise. Simply superb! However, the organization and accessibility are extremely difficult to get used to. Even after finally getting an appointment, arriving on time almost always results in a wait of well over an hour. Then there's another long wait before payment. Is this deliberate overbooking?! There's definitely room for improvement. It's torture for both the animal and its owner!

A very friendly and competent veterinarian! I was able to get an appointment there very quickly for my bantam hen and can highly recommend the practice.

We took our chickens there; they were incredibly friendly and competent. Our hen Lucy was admitted to Dr. Vaupel's clinic for inpatient treatment for the second time. It's clear that all the staff and Dr. Vaupel are true animal lovers.
