The veterinarian is fantastic in terms of expertise. Simply superb! However, the organization and accessibility are extremely difficult to get used to. Even after finally getting an appointment, arriving on time almost always results in a wait of well over an hour. Then there's another long wait before payment. Is this deliberate overbooking?! There's definitely room for improvement. It's torture for both the animal and its owner!
