An absolutely fantastic veterinary practice! My hamster wasn't feeling well, so I called in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. They helped me immediately upon arrival; both the vet and the veterinary assistants handled the little guy very well and took his problem seriously. Now he's feeling much better and is running around again. So, highly recommended for hamster owners! The prices are also perfectly reasonable. The only slightly confusing part for me was where you go in and check in. But another owner who was waiting helped me out. You go into the waiting room, which is signposted from the outside, and from there, a sensor rings the bell inside the practice. After a short time, someone comes out and checks you in – a great system, just a little confusing if you've never been there before.

After a long search and many unsatisfactory vet visits, much suffering and worry for our rabbit, we contacted the Mattner practice in Grevenbroich on a recommendation. We received a prompt response and were able to schedule an appointment within three days. All the staff at this practice are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Mattner has extensive expertise in rabbits and has been able to help us in every situation so far. The other colleagues working with Ms. Mattner are also fantastic, very knowledgeable, and always available for discussion. No questions go unanswered, and you feel understood and well cared for. Scheduling and appointments are handled flawlessly. We wouldn't want to be without this practice for our two rabbits and are happy to drive 45 minutes each way. It takes some getting used to that you only see the doctor in exceptional cases, but the team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about veterinary medicine! Unfortunately, it's quite far out for us Düsseldorfers.

This was our first visit to Dr. Mattner, and we are absolutely thrilled with her and her team. After examining our two fur babies, we had a very long conversation with her, without any rush or stress. We will definitely continue to go there.
