I took my cat to this veterinary practice a few years ago. Due to significantly increased prices, we stopped going back then. Now our cat has age-related problems, so I wanted to call and ask about the approximate costs for an X-ray and general services. Unfortunately, the call was very unpleasant. There was no greeting, I was interrupted several times, and told in an unfriendly tone that I should make an appointment. When I asked about the costs, the only response was a curt "we can't say anything about that because it depends on the number of images." Then, without saying goodbye, the call was terminated. I think it should be possible to call and get information beforehand, especially when you don't have much time. Because of this experience, I won't be going back to this practice. 😕
