Worst vet in Neuss... Zero empathy. Zero knowledge. I strongly advise everyone against going there... there are much better and cheaper vets nearby...
A very friendly veterinarian who listens to you, answers your questions thoroughly, and really takes his time. I would recommend him without hesitation.
We always receive a very warm welcome. Dr. Steffens takes his time and explains everything calmly. He treats the animals with great care, and his prices are reasonable. I had my three cats neutered by him. Even when I had to have my dog put down, he was incredibly gentle and loving towards both people and animals.
I don't understand all these positive reviews. Dr. Steffen and his wife are the most unempathetic people I've ever encountered. Anyone who loves their animal shouldn't go to this "doctor"—they're in the wrong profession.
