Yesterday evening after work, I was completely distraught. I work as a dental technician in a lab, and we're incredibly busy at the moment—so I couldn't just leave. Even so, I'd already noticed during the day that something was wrong with my dog, Jasper. Around 5:30 p.m., I called a veterinary clinic, but they told me they weren't accepting any new animals because they were completely booked. I really didn't know where else to turn. On my way home at 6:16 p.m., I remembered a vet I follow on Facebook, someone who always seemed to truly care about animals. So, I plucked up my courage and called. An incredibly friendly voice answered the phone—and without hesitation, they said, "Come in right away." A huge weight lifted from my shoulders at that moment. Less than four minutes later, I was at the clinic. Jasper had a severe earache and immediately received an injection and the appropriate ear drops. He'd also had an ulcer on his eye for quite some time. I kept putting off treatment because I was told it would require general anesthesia – and I was terrified that my little darling might not wake up. But here, the problem was resolved calmly, competently, and without any fuss – and suddenly his eye was clear, his eyelid completely healed. I was simply relieved and incredibly grateful. The entire team was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and professional. You really feel like you're in good hands there. And when my pet isn't well, I feel just as bad. That's why it's so important to know that Jasper is in the best possible care. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for this quick and loving help. Dr. Schabel is very experienced and confident. He removed the uterus (full of tumors) from our 11-year-old miniature dachshund. Despite her heart condition, she recovered wonderfully. The aftercare at the practice is excellent. We thank Dr. Schabel and his wonderful team!

We came to this veterinary practice on a recommendation because our dog had recurring symptoms and no treatment had provided lasting relief. The veterinarian is very competent, takes plenty of time, addresses questions individually, and explains everything clearly. We are thrilled with the success of the therapy: all symptoms have completely disappeared. We weren't aware before that ear problems, the musculoskeletal system, and the digestive tract are so closely connected and can be treated with individually tailored therapy without chemical medications. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, and you always feel welcome. The loving and respectful way they treat the animals is particularly noteworthy – they are seen as an integral part of the therapy and treated accordingly. They speak to them calmly and lovingly, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Our dog, who is usually very afraid at the vet, relaxes here after only a short time. We feel very well cared for and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
