We are incredibly happy to have found a practice with Dr. Rink and her team that isn't extremely stressful for our dog. Everything is very calm, and even the first visit went very well, despite our dog not liking to be touched by strangers and having had some negative experiences at other vets. Here, she had no problems with the treatment from the very beginning. We've been there several times since, and each time, the "going to the vet" becomes more positive (for us humans too :)).

A very pleasant team; I've been going here for over 15 years with my cats, rabbits, and dog. Every diagnosis has been made thoughtfully and carefully, and as a result, always correct, as has the treatment—never too much and never too little. Even our dog enjoys coming to the practice; he steps onto the scales by himself. They really know how to handle animals here.

We've been taking our dog, cat, and small animals to this practice for years. Veterinarians Ms. Rink and Ms. Jahn are very empathetic with the animals and their owners. The entire team is always friendly. We feel we receive excellent advice.

I was a patient of Dr. Rink and Dr. Jahn for a very long time; it's a wonderful veterinary practice. Dr. Rink, Dr. Jahn, and Ms. Kaesler always treated my somewhat difficult dog with great care and affection. He was always treated with love and expertise. I was a long-time patient of Dr. Rink's veterinarian until the new young veterinarian returned from maternity leave. Her behavior infuriated me. The young woman at reception constantly interrupted. They repeatedly claimed my pet was overweight. Since she's a medium-sized breed with thick fur, that's perfectly normal. I'm giving her three stars because I stayed anyway. My pet was treated with care, and Dr. Rink herself was very polite, listened attentively, and offered helpful advice. But I absolutely cannot recommend the new young veterinarian.
