Very helpful and speak english

I was at this practice again today with my cat Tiffy – unfortunately, with a bad diagnosis. It's precisely in such emotionally difficult moments that you realize how valuable a truly special veterinary practice is. I am incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful practice. Both veterinarians and the entire team greet you with exceptional warmth, empathy, and genuine care. They took an incredible amount of time, explained everything clearly, and you feel taken seriously and lovingly cared for at all times. I would also like to particularly emphasize the exceptionally fair price-performance ratio – something you rarely find these days. Especially during difficult times, when you may have to say goodbye to a beloved pet, such humane and honest support is priceless. I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this practice and, looking back, wish I had come here much sooner. Thank you so much for everything ❤️❤️

We absolutely love this veterinary practice ❤️ We've been taking our guinea pigs there for years, and they always do their best to help them. Even if something comes up and there aren't any appointments available, they try to squeeze us in as best they can. We feel very well cared for and have only positive things to say. Guinea pigs are in the very best hands here ❤️
