We took our dog Bella, whom we adopted from the animal shelter, to the clinic to be spayed. We would like to express our sincere gratitude. Everything went wonderfully; the receptionists were incredibly kind, and the veterinarian was also very friendly. Everything was explained to us, and all our questions were answered. Today we returned for a check-up, and once again we were greeted very warmly, and Bella received another thorough examination. Many thanks to the entire team for their dedication to animals.

We've always taken our cat to this vet. We've always been satisfied. Always friendly, always caring, always competent. We hadn't been there for a while because there hadn't been any need. Now we have a problem with the cat, and all we get is a clueless vet assistant who asks incredibly stupid questions and tells us we'll be called back within 24 hours. No one we can really talk to while we're worried about our pet. Sorry, but that's absolutely unacceptable. And we're practically regular customers. It's a shame. And yes, I called during opening hours.

I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. It took me some time to write these words, as I am currently grieving the loss of my dog, Chico. It is all the more important to me to express my sincere gratitude once again – for the care, the support, and for taking Chico on as a patient immediately in my most desperate moment. We were treated by Dr. Hirschberg in the dermatology department, and from the very first moment to the last, I felt incredibly well cared for by the entire team. My dog ​​was seriously ill, and I know that everyone truly did everything they could to save Chico. Even though we ultimately lost the battle, I look back with gratitude. I was treated with patience, empathy, and genuine humanity throughout – something invaluable during such a difficult time. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion, the attentive care, and the tireless dedication of the entire team. I wish I had found you much sooner. Without this practice, I would have been completely lost. I know Chico received the best possible treatment. Thank you so much for everything!
