Absolutely recommended in an emergency! My dog Denco arrived covered in blood (probably having run through barbed wire), and the team immediately provided quick and loving help. The value for money is excellent! Thank you so much!
I've already used their services twice for my dog when he urgently needed help. They helped us, registered us as quickly as possible, and healed him. A friendly and responsive team. They were understanding of my less-than-perfect German, explained everything clearly, and even repeated it a few times so I could fully grasp it. We are so grateful! ❤️
A fantastic and friendly team. We recently got a puppy, and they're always there for us with advice and support. Both pets and owners are in good hands at this practice :)
Not recommended as an emergency! The cat was having severe seizures. The woman on the phone (another vet? receptionist?) made me feel like I was disturbing her Sunday. Bored, I was given the address when I asked. When we arrived, we were greeted with the same level of boredom, without a greeting or sympathy. She lay convulsing on the table, then they calmly searched for a lamp. Annoyed, we offered the phone's flashlight, and yes... that was okay. After the antispasmodic medication, we were told they couldn't do anything else anyway. We'd have to go to the animal clinic in Wasbek – thanks so much for wasting time!!! Our 12-year-old cat unfortunately didn't make it. Valuable time was lost! I didn't see the vet until I was about to pay the hefty bill.
We requested an appointment for two dogs from a foster home in Breiholz. This was denied without explanation. We are shocked that the animal's welfare is apparently not a priority. What a shame!
