A fantastic and friendly team. We recently got a puppy, and they're always there for us with advice and support. Both pets and owners are in good hands at this practice :)

I've already used their services twice for my dog ​​when he urgently needed help. They helped us, registered us as quickly as possible, and healed him. A friendly and responsive team. They were understanding of my less-than-perfect German, explained everything clearly, and even repeated it a few times so I could fully grasp it. We are so grateful! ❤️

Not recommended for emergencies! My cat was having severe seizures. On the phone, the woman (another veterinarian? receptionist?) made me feel like I was disturbing her Sunday. When I asked, she boredly gave me the address. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the same bored air, no greeting, no compassion. She was lying on the table in seizures, and then they calmly searched for a lamp. Annoyed, we offered them the lamp from our cell phone, and yes... that worked. After administering the anti-seizure medication, we were told there was nothing more they could do. We would have to go to the animal hospital in Wasbek – thanks a lot for wasting our time! Our 12-year-old cat sadly didn't make it. Valuable time was lost! I didn't see the veterinarian himself until I was presented with the hefty bill.

Absolutely recommended in an emergency! My dog ​​Denco arrived covered in blood (probably having run through barbed wire), and the team immediately provided quick and loving help. The value for money is excellent! Thank you so much!

I would have given zero stars if I could, but unfortunately that's not possible. Animal welfare is clearly not a priority here. There are many good veterinarians, but this one is definitely not among them.
