We are incredibly grateful to the veterinary practice of Dr. Wiese and especially to Dr. Behrens. Both of our dogs were treated there, and we felt incredibly well cared for from the very first moment. Our French Bulldog once needed emergency dental surgery. The treatment was absolutely professional, and we also received excellent care during her subsequent neutering. We were particularly impressed by the meticulous monitoring after the operation – you can simply tell that they work with a great deal of experience and genuine care. However, we have a very special story connected to our Rottweiler. We adopted him from very poor conditions, and at the beginning of our journey together, it was even possible that he wouldn't survive. He was suffering from severe kidney disease and was in very poor health. Thanks to the intensive care, expertise, and great dedication of Dr. Behrens and the entire team, our dog has made an incredible recovery. Six months later, apart from his diabetes diagnosis, he is stable again and has regained his quality of life. Without this practice, our Rottweiler probably wouldn't be with us today. We are truly grateful to the entire team. We wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice – the people working here are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about animals.

My healthy dog ​​is dead, and I'm almost €4,000 poorer. My healthy dog ​​was never able to stand again after treatment by Ms. Wiese. Irreversible nerve damage was diagnosed the next day by another veterinarian. He had to be euthanized the following day. Before he died, he lay on the floor for 30 hours, howling and in agony. All I got was a nasty phone call from Ms. Wiese and a bill twice as high as what we had discussed at the counter, which was increased by another €50 after I objected. I put a mattress in the hallway and spent his last night there with him. They were the worst 30 hours of my life. Thank you, Ms. Wiese, for leaving me almost €4,000 poorer and with a dead dog, in addition to the previous dental work that also caused my dog ​​pain for weeks afterward. Please leave dental work to the specialists. ... I contacted the veterinary association, but you can save yourself the trouble. Go directly to a lawyer and, ideally, sue the veterinary association as well, because they'll be satisfied if Ms. Wiese tries to weasel her way out of it. I never requested any documents, and therefore never reviewed them. That says it all. The pictures speak for themselves.

We arrived as an emergency case and were seen immediately. The team was very kind, and we are so grateful for the quick help. Everything was explained perfectly. And my 9-year-old French Bulldog, Mahoney, is doing very well again. Many thanks to the whole team, including Dr. Claudia Wiese! 😊

You are all sooooo wonderful ❤️ Empathetic, patient, meticulous, always with a smile, you take your time for both animals and their owners – I'm so glad you exist!!!! And even if it seems like a small thing... the cats should be placed on raised platforms in the waiting area so they're less scared. A towel on the examination table makes a big difference, in my opinion. The loving way you treat the kittens, the incredibly wide range of treatments you offer... I could list so much more. A vet visit always means a sick animal, and none of us pet owners want that, but if it has to be a vet visit, then please, let it be exactly like you are!!!! Our dog Ella had already undergone major dental surgery in our old town, which, from our perspective, didn't go entirely well. After we moved, our current vet, whom we value highly for her warmth, dedication, and compassion, referred us to Ms. Wiese and her team – and that was the best decision! Ella's problems were immediately recognized and taken seriously. The subsequent dental surgery went perfectly – technically flawless and performed with such care and calm that we immediately felt comfortable. We were particularly touched by the way she was sedated: In our old town, we could only drop Ella off, but here she was able to go into anesthesia peacefully with the security of her owner by her side – that was incredibly reassuring. Even after the surgery, Ella was checked on with loving care. We could contact them anytime without feeling like we were bothering them. It's clear that the animals' well-being, not their profits, is their top priority. Today, Ella is relaxed, happy, and content again. We are incredibly grateful that we were able to support her on this journey so safely and with such care, and we know we can always count on Ms. Wiese and her wonderful team again.
