Everyone around me is shocked and looking for a new vet for their animals. Zero stars would definitely be more justified. Two of my guinea pigs died shortly after being neutered. According to three (!!!) other vets: SURGERY ERROR!!! The third wasn't neutered because I bought it already neutered. Ms. Scheu said he wasn't fully neutered. My new vet (in Werlau, whom I wholeheartedly recommend) says he really is neutered. I was curious what Ms. Scheu thought she saw. So I just called and was told to come back on Monday—there was NO apology for my two deceased guinea pigs. This practice is simply awful; I'll never go there again, and relatives and friends are also looking for a new vet for their pets. Last Tuesday was a very difficult time for us, and with the help of Dr. Eikelmann, we had to say goodbye to our cat, Mietzi. Dr. Eikelmann and his team were incredibly caring, so we believe our cat was hardly aware of what was happening. We've been taking our other cat to this practice for years now, and we've never felt unwell. We can also highly recommend Ms. Scheu and her team.

What's going on with this practice? After a decade of good cooperation, this complete dismissal. When my dog ​​Rosi suddenly fell ill, no one wanted to take care of her anymore. They simply abandoned her, even though Rosi had been cared for by you since she was a puppy. It's not as if you've earned tens of thousands of euros from us over the years, nor the countless recommendations we've given to clients. But here, on her final journey, we were completely abandoned. I will never go there again and will never recommend this practice. We are extremely disappointed with the management.
