We received excellent care for our senior Hovawart, Franz. We were just passing through and were able to get an appointment at short notice. Everyone was very friendly, and Dr. Pries did a fantastic job helping our little guy. Thank you so much!

Our dog was misdiagnosed and mistreated for two weeks... bladder infection – two different antibiotics... By chance (during an emergency visit) it was discovered that she has a liver tumor! Unfortunately, it was too late; the medication had further damaged her liver... now every day could be her last! We will never go to that veterinary practice again.

I've taken my cats to this veterinary practice several times before and have always been satisfied. However, this time, during my youngest cat's spaying, I unfortunately encountered an unpleasant situation. When I went to pick her up, I was told I should have mentioned that she had recently been pregnant – even though I had explained this in detail during the phone call to schedule the appointment. The atmosphere at pickup was rather unfriendly, and the bill was also significantly higher than expected, without any prior notification. This disappointed me, as I've always had a very positive experience with this practice. It's a shame this experience turned out so negatively – I hope that better communication and friendliness will be prioritized in the future.
