Our cat needed surgery on her teeth. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Very high levels of professionalism and customer service. This is most certainly our new "go to" Vet in Engekskirchen.
I’ve been going to Drs. Jonigkeit since 2019 with my cat, until today when we had to put her to sleep. From the beginning until the end, I felt like we received the best, most empathetic care that fit for us. Because of the care they took, our cat’s passing was very peaceful, and we could not ask for more. In emergencies, they make room for you; they made a spontaneous appointment for us today. Some have mentioned that you wait a while, but you wait at every doctor’s or veterinarian’s office. The costs, as others have also mentioned, we’re always reasonable. We usually had Frau Dr. Jonigkeit, she spared us many unnecessary costs with her tips! When the time comes for another pet, we will be going back here.
Absolutely professional service for very good price. Sebastian (Vet) is very knowledgeable and my dog just feld in love with him. Vet created peaceful and trustful atmosphere so my dog was really happy and stress less. Highly recommending this practice :)
