Fantastic team! They're always there for us and our ferrets. A truly competent practice. I can't imagine a better vet for my ferrets and cat; we're happy to drive 30km for them. Dr. Thoonsen is an absolutely fantastic veterinarian. When I requested euthanasia for my cat, she was able to schedule an appointment for him the same day. She took her time and provided excellent care for our little tiger. Thank you again! Highly recommended.

A veterinarian like no other. Ms. Thoonsen has a heart of gold. I've never experienced such empathy for the animal and its utterly exhausted owners. Absolutely fantastic. The veterinary clinic in Duisburg had declared our Amy untreatable and recommended euthanasia. Thanks to Ms. Thoonsen's superb treatment, our little crutch is walking again. So much for "untreatable." When the necessary knowledge is lacking, or a holistic approach isn't taken, euthanasia is the only option. Ms. Thoonsen didn't promise miracles, but she did everything she could, and she succeeded. We thank Ms. Thoonsen for her expertise, her compassion, her dedication, and above all, for giving hope. Our little, completely bewildered crutch lay down and slept for the first time at a veterinarian's office—something she would never normally do, and that says something! For all of this, we gladly made the long journey. Thank you for everything ❤️

A fantastic veterinarian! I took my cat to her because my usual vet was closed. It was an emergency, and she and her team took wonderful care of him, probably saving his life. I'll always take my cat to her from now on.
