The team was initially very friendly and open, but that's where the positives end. We were there over the weekend because our cat had a bladder infection. We had to leave her overnight for an ultrasound. Apparently, it was normal. Strangely, when we got her back, her belly wasn't shaved, which is a prerequisite for an ultrasound. Two weeks later, she still wasn't better, and another vet, during an ultrasound in our presence, found several stones in her bladder that had clearly been there for some time. This makes you wonder if everything is above board and whether the expensive treatment we paid for even took place. We are very disappointed by this negligence and, above all, appalled that we aren't the first pet owners to be ripped off like this.

Yesterday I urgently needed to take my Labrador to the vet. I wanted to find out who might be on call, but it was hopeless. So I called the Nossen Animal Clinic. I received such friendly advice over the phone and was able to come in right away. It's worth mentioning that it was New Year's Eve. We were greeted early and received such excellent advice and treatment. We were so impressed and touched by the young vet on duty. A huge thank you!

I really shouldn't give any stars at all... I've never experienced anything like this before... Our dog tore his cruciate ligament when he was 3 years old... Mr. Lantzsch said: "No problem at all... We'll just replace the ligament and that's it!"... So we did, because as pet owners, we assume the doctor knows what he's doing. Well... The dog had the surgery, and we picked him up the next day (without a cone – it was put on right in front of us – and it was much too big and didn't fit properly)... Another day later, the bandage smelled strangely fishy... The dog tried to get at the bandage. The wound was bleeding... We called the vet's office... "Put on a pressure bandage... And see you tomorrow!" The next day, we went back to the vet's office for the regular bandage change... The wound was oozing heavily and smelled awful... The stitches were slightly open... Dr. Lantzsch: "The leg's ruined! But no problem... We'll just do it again!"... Luckily, I had a very good gut feeling... The doctor was arrogant with dollar signs in his eyes... We were at a different clinic, and it was almost too late... Our dog would probably have died... Germs in the wound... Screwed incorrectly, wrong suture material... In the end, our Malinois only has 3 legs instead of 4, but he's doing well... You never know what the future holds (he's 8 years old now). The court ruled in our favor... a long fight, but it was worth it. Not for the money, but on principle. Mr. Lantzsch was punished...

We received excellent care here after an emergency. The treatment of both ourselves (which was great for our peace of mind 😃) and our pet was extremely satisfactory. From a professional standpoint, there was absolutely nothing to criticize, which our regular vet in Leipzig confirmed during the follow-up appointment. Our dog James is back to his old self and happy again :)
