My dog ​​recently had dental surgery at Dr. Dedenbach's practice. Since Dr. Dedenbach was on vacation, I decided to have the surgery performed by Dr. Emmel. I would make this decision again in a heartbeat because: From the initial consultation to the surgery and aftercare, everything was handled with exceptional care and expertise. Everything necessary was done, including the removal of all the bad teeth and a thorough cleaning of the remaining teeth. My dog's oral hygiene has been wonderfully comfortable ever since, and everything has healed perfectly. A special thank you to dental assistant Daniela D., not only for the loving and comprehensive care before and during the surgery, but also for the prompt notification immediately afterward and for the kind attention she gave us until we arrived. The costs for the procedure and all medications were reasonable! Besides, I've been a patient at this practice for years and am very impressed with Dr. Dedenbach. While he professionally examines or treats the animal, taking his time and honestly giving his opinion, he often manages to make you smile with his cheerful charm (of course, only when appropriate). Furthermore, you'll appreciate the friendliness of the entire team, whether on the phone or in person!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took my Rottweiler to Dr. Emmel and Dr. Dedenbach because of a severely swollen muzzle and eczema on his nose, ears, and parts of his body. From the very first moment, I felt very well cared for. There was absolutely no awkwardness – quite the opposite: all the staff and doctors were visibly delighted to see my dog ​​and approached him openly, calmly, and lovingly. You can immediately tell that every breed of dog and every animal is welcome here. We were treated with the utmost care and sensitivity, everything was explained openly and clearly, and then appropriate treatment was initiated immediately. I would particularly like to emphasize the exceptional after-sales service: even during the Christmas holidays, they checked in with me to make sure everything was alright. And even after Dr. Dedenbach returned from his vacation, he personally contacted me to inquire about the progress of the treatment. Simply fantastic! The entire team is very friendly, extremely attentive to animal welfare, and takes the time to answer every question. You feel taken seriously and extremely well cared for. Highly recommended!
