My cat had a swollen painful tail and it looked broken. I was given an appointment on the same day, the visit lasted 10 minutes. It was very efficient and we stepped out after two quick injection, my cat didn't realise they were injected. I found Dr. Reuter friendly and professional as much as the team. There was no intempt to sell me any extra stuff which I truly appreciated. It was straight to the point.
She's very friendly and warm. Our Dog would love to visit her & jumps with joy as soon as he sees her. It never feels like visiting a vet. Also the detailed medical advices she gives are really informative.
