We spontaneously took our 14-year-old cat to Mr. Vorwallner today because his eye suddenly became infected. Mr. Vorwallner was very friendly and treated him immediately. Thank you so much for the quick help!

Our dog needed vaccinations for €80 🤣 We had it done despite the price. Afterwards, we were told how bad dog owners we are because we feed our dog a raw diet and don't give him chemical dewormers every three months.

I went to Dr. Vorwallner's emergency room today with three kittens, and I'm very, very pleased with him. He's very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. He treats animals with great care; the living creature is what matters, not just the money. I can definitely recommend him. Please keep up the good work. Thank you so much.

On-call service on Sunday? You have an emergency? "The same crap every eight weeks." Great, then I'd rather go to someone else with my emergency, which actually was one. Never again. Absolutely not recommended. Don't even think about calling or anything!

As for the doctor, I can only say one thing: professionally and personally, he was top-notch. When I read some of the comments here, like, "🤮 You can't please everyone, and that's just complaining and whining about first-world problems..." We'll gladly come back again and again with our Bruno 🐶.
