Our cat came home a few weeks ago bitten and bleeding. Naturally, we called the veterinary clinic we've been going to for four years. They told us they couldn't treat our cat because they were fully booked. We received the same answer from other clinics. Only Dr. Butryn said, "Come in." We hadn't read any reviews of this clinic beforehand. We had a very casual chat with the receptionist, Dr. Butryn. Dr. Butryn took excellent care of our cat. Next time, we'll only go there if they accept us.

We went to the practice today due to an emergency, as they were on call. Contrary to many of the reviews here, we found Mr. Butryn to be very friendly. The doctor was very competent and impressed us with her professional expertise. We felt very well cared for. I think you just need a certain sense of humor and a lighthearted attitude to deal with her husband… 😅 The price for the treatment was more than reasonable, despite it being an emergency.

A very good veterinarian; we had an emergency with our cat and, despite being in a different catchment area, were allowed to go to her, and she immediately found the right solution. I can only recommend going to her; she is the best veterinarian in Magdeburg.

I called the veterinary practice due to an emergency, as it was registered for emergency services in Magdeburg. I was subjected to a ten-minute lecture from the man on the phone about why we weren't registered at "his" practice and should have chosen a different veterinarian. He told us we should go to him or have our treatment done within that catchment area. Even after I reminded him several times, he didn't seem to grasp that it was an emergency.
