A truly excellent and experienced veterinarian! I'm so happy and grateful that I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Baldauf so quickly, even as a new patient. My concern was that my cat (3 years old) might need dental surgery. I had previously consulted several other vets who assured me that Dandelion's teeth needed treatment. From my previous experience with my late cat Pepe, I knew how expensive such things can be. Luckily, I found Dr. Baldauf; she was my savior and reassured me that surgery wasn't necessary at all. She explained everything in detail and gave me tips on how to keep my young cat's teeth cleaner. Thank you, Dr. Baldauf, and a big thank you to her assistant as well! I want to express my sincere gratitude! While caring for two guinea pigs, I was surprised by the level of expertise in the field of small animals, combined with an incredibly kind and calm demeanor! To be honest, I had almost planned the funeral for one of the guinea pigs, she was in such a strange state… After treatment and supplemental feeding, it only took a few hours, and little "Winter" is as if nothing had ever happened!!!
