Reviews
They are incredibly friendly and take their time with the animals. My dog doesn't like strangers and is also very fearful. Franzi gave Amy time and always asked if and how far we could go. Her problems getting up and walking are now gone. Amy loves going there now, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
What can I say?! We're absolutely thrilled with the staff and the treatments. Our little Westie suffers from constant pain and therefore walks poorly when the pain is acute. Since he's been receiving treatment here, he's been getting better and better. There's absolutely nothing bad to say about the staff. They are incredibly kind and explain everything thoroughly. We'll continue going there regularly for as long as our little darling needs it. Highly recommended!
Absolutely! Many years ago, my senior dachshund was able to walk again after just 14 days following his herniated disc (he could only relieve himself with a support belt!). Now, my 7-year-old dachshund had a mild but apparently quite painful herniated disc with significant limitations in his movement. After two treatments, he seems pain-free and moves as usual! Mr. Zeplin has a very calm, extremely kind, trustworthy, and empathetic way with the animals and their concerned owners, who approach him without fear. Ms. Kowalik—I haven't met her in person yet, but after my initial call, she was unable to reach me due to ongoing treatments and promptly called to schedule an appointment (thank you!)—is certainly just as empathetic and kind. This animal physical therapist is highly recommended; depending on the symptoms, they also make every effort to schedule appointments as quickly as possible! It's simply reassuring to be able to rely on this physical therapy team for the animals' care! ... A very big woof woof and heartfelt thank you from Raudi and his owner!
Finally, help for our Seddi after her leg fracture. We received excellent advice. The treatment will be lengthy, but it's already showing small signs of progress.
The animals receive excellent care here! We usually see Anja, but we've also been to see Nico and Franzi. Everyone is incredibly dedicated and does everything they can to ensure the patient leaves the room healthier than when they arrived! Our two dogs always love coming here! Thank you so much! 🤎🖤
