Reviews
My dog Duplo (a 10-year-old Boxer-Labrador mix) has been a patient at the Magdeburg Veterinary Center for quite some time now, and I am incredibly grateful to have you by our side. Especially after his severe slipped disc with paralysis, you continued to care for him with such competence and compassion, carrying us through an incredibly difficult time. Your care goes far beyond the medical aspects. You treat your patients and their owners with genuine honesty, empathy, and expertise. That's what makes all the difference! We feel safe, understood, and in excellent hands with you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything.
Despite the exorbitant prices, the vet was unable to make a correct diagnosis. My cat was clearly in severe pain in her mouth. After the examination, she was told she only had a throat infection and that her teeth were fine. The next day, one of her teeth fell out, so I went to another vet. Diagnosis: FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions) How can someone miss something like that?
Unfortunately, I had to go to the veterinary practice today for euthanasia, quite unexpectedly and out of necessity. The entire team was very compassionate! After a short wait, we were seen. A huge thank you to Ms. Kovaleva and Ms. Reinhardt, who were so brave, calm, patient, and empathetic towards me and my pet. Every step was explained, and I was given plenty of time for my pet's final moments. Thank you so much for your caring support!
