Tierarztpraxis am Stern - Norma Weiß

Many thanks again to the team at the veterinary practice. Last Thursday, one of my dogs urgently needed to go to the emergency vet. Unfortunately, the on-call vet was sick, so we called the practice at Stern in Magdeburg and they kindly let us bring our dog in. He had to have surgery that same evening. Luckily, the team there took us in and reacted wonderfully. Thank you again for that, and our big guy is already doing really well again.

My favorite veterinary practice!!!! I've been taking my rabbits and our cat to Norma Weiß's practice for several years now and have never had a bad experience. The animals' well-being is always the top priority. All treatments are always carried out with excellent advice and loving care. Whether it's vaccinations, general check-ups, or even saying goodbye, we always feel our animals are in good and competent hands. It's also worth mentioning that Ms. Weiß took the time for our rabbits again today and enjoys talking with us as owners and listening attentively. A big thank you to the entire practice team. First of all, I want to say that she probably saved my dog's life. However, it was an acute emergency, and I spent more than five hours there before any real action was taken. Both the staff and the vet seemed friendly and caring. In retrospect, my dog ​​was treated very well, but by favoring other dogs who, for example, only received a vaccination, my dog's life was gambled with. It's important to note that she made the diagnosis herself and said, "She could die at any moment from the consequences." After completing all the treatments, I was very, very happy that my dog ​​was doing well, but I increasingly felt like she would have preferred to charge me for the air I breathed in the practice.
