We're currently at a campsite, and our Chihuahua, Leni, wasn't feeling well today. She was in pain. I called the vet's office and spontaneously got an appointment. Ms. Walter (I don't know if she has a doctorate) examined our little one very thoroughly and lovingly and found the cause. She's already feeling better, and the veterinary assistant was also very empathetic. It's a shame we live so far away. Here, you...and the animals...feel very comfortable. Thank you so much again, and please stay the way you are. 😊

Never again!!! They performed dental surgery on my 18-year-old cat without first checking whether her health allowed for anesthesia. Afterwards, she was very ill. During follow-up appointments, I was told the wound was healing poorly and prescribed various medications. Only after three weeks, when her condition had worsened (and I had already been charged over €600), was I told that the anesthesia might have negatively affected her kidneys, which were already compromised, and they wanted to euthanize her immediately! The next day, we went to a different veterinarian who at least performed a test, which confirmed the poor kidney function and also explained that he was very cautious about anesthesia in such old cats for precisely this reason. After three weeks of suffering due to the negligent treatment, we had to have our cat euthanized.

We visited the practice with our Jack Russell. We received a very friendly welcome and were treated very well. The advice we received for our little friend was excellent. We highly recommend this veterinary practice and the team. Thank you again for your help during our vacation.

We took our Prague Ratter, Spike, to the vet for dental surgery, and afterwards we had to have him euthanized. They don't admit any mistakes; instead, they even accused us of causing multiple fractures in his jaw. He also developed a severe bacterial infection. The billing was outrageous; they even charged for dispensing medication. They were polite, but it's questionable whether animals are in good hands there when they need surgery.
