Reviews
A truly loving and competent veterinarian and her entire team. Even though you usually go there for less pleasant reasons, you still look forward to it. You can tell that Ms. Dietze is truly passionate about her work. Simply top-notch and I highly recommend her! There isn't a single thing I would criticize.
We found this practice through recommendations and initially went there for our rabbits. Now our Akita is also receiving excellent care here. What we particularly appreciate is the communication with Dr. Dietze, as she always takes the time to answer all our questions and determines what's best for our animals and how we can implement it. Another thing we really like is that, instead of immediately administering deworming medication, the practice recommended that we first assess whether it's necessary. This way, I don't have to give our dog anything unnecessarily. Everyone is very friendly, courteous, and patient. Many thanks to the entire practice team!
We take our cat to this small animal practice and are very satisfied. After he ingested a foreign object and almost died, Ms. Dietze was able to save him with emergency surgery. The subsequent inpatient care was loving, empathetic, and extremely competent. We were always kept informed and informed about every step, and our concerns were taken seriously. Here, the animal is treated as a member of the family. Because he suffers from IBD, our cat requires a special diet and medication. Ms. Dietze is always up-to-date and makes every effort to provide intensive support, even during acute phases. Tommi is in such good hands here and receives the best possible medical care :) Many, many thanks for the wonderful work :)
Both professionally and personally [even with animals ;)] top-notch! Our guinea pigs' injuries/problems are always treated with great expertise and sensitivity. The treatment steps are explained, and questions are answered. Five stars aren't nearly enough. Thank you to the entire practice team, who remain calm and collected even in hectic situations and always strive to find a solution.
We've been to her several times when our regular vet was on vacation or for a second opinion, and I must say she's very kind to the animals and always has their well-being in mind. We highly recommend her. The practice is also very nicely furnished. Best regards
