I brought my dog to the practice as an emergency. Even though we didn't have an appointment, the dog was treated. Everything was explained to me in detail, and the doctor really took her time with us. Definitely a thumbs up! 👍

"For the paws you heal and the hearts you touch – thank you for everything." ✨️🐈‍⬛🐾 Since moving within Dresden in 2020, I've tried several veterinarians in my area, and none have impressed me as much as Ms. Stolzenberg and her wonderful team. My four cats have always received excellent care, whether it's a chronic illness or an emergency; they're always there for me. They've also always been there to listen to me as their owner. You can clearly feel that this profession is practiced with heart! On behalf of Balou, Bailey, Lou, and Mausi, I thank you for the loving care. And of course, I thank you too!

A fantastic clinic! The medical staff are very friendly, humane, empathetic, and love animals. We came here because of an emergency and were admitted immediately. If needed, we will definitely only go to this clinic again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived as an absolute emergency just before closing time and were not scheduled patients. Our dog had a minor accident and needed stitches. Despite the late hour, the veterinarian and her team took an incredible amount of time for us. The way they handled our dog was calm, loving, and highly professional – and they also included our daughter in a sensitive and warm way, which touched us deeply. At no point did we feel like we were just being rushed through. We are incredibly grateful for the quick, competent, and truly wonderful care. A huge thank you to the veterinarian and her entire team – we felt we were in excellent hands!

Misdiagnosis and Malice on the Phone. We took our 1.5-year-old pug, Alfred, to Dr. Stolzenberg for his vaccinations. There, she diagnosed Alfred with clouding of the lenses, saying he would go blind around 3-4 years old. He was also told he couldn't be in direct sunlight anymore. This was a shock for us. Luckily, we had pet insurance. But that's where the problems really started. After requesting that she send specific findings again by email, Dr. Stolzenberg became very impersonal, as if to say, "How dare we bother her with such matters?" After a lot of drama and complaining, we finally received the findings. We then changed veterinarians. There, it was determined that Alfred wouldn't go blind, but rather had entropion, which caused the clouding. Alfred had surgery and is now perfectly healthy again. We are very happy with our new, highly competent, and also more affordable veterinarian. And we will avoid the Stolzenberg clinic in the future. And once again to Dr. Stolzenberg. Customers with pet insurance are a good thing. Because it allows for the treatment of illnesses that some people simply cannot afford.
