We and Luna would like to thank our caring and loving 13-year-old caregiver. The whole team is fantastic and always there for us when we needed them. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. The Köhler Family, Uwe and Heike, with Luna

When we first visited the practice 16 years ago, we felt well-advised and our cat was well cared for and treated. With constantly changing, mostly very young (and often inexperienced) staff and rapidly rising costs, the price-performance ratio is no longer acceptable for small animal care. We got an appointment for our cat with a cold at very short notice and were finished after a brief examination. We had to help calm the struggling cat because the assistant seemed inexperienced and anxious. The bill of over €120 included not only the antibiotic injection but also two "extensive" examinations. However, neither the tooth infection nor the significant weight loss or the matted fur were noticed. We found another veterinary practice and learned there that a tumor in the eye and nose area was already quite advanced, which was probably the real cause of the supposed cold. A short time later, the animal had to be euthanized.
