A lovely vet who was also there for our rabbit during emergency hours and helped us a lot. We would gladly use his services again, thank you!
We've been going to Dr. Schurig's practice for over 20 years, and I must say: He's one of the few vets who goes to great lengths to ensure the health and well-being of the animals. His staff are also helpful and friendly. We have dogs and cats, mainly from animal shelters, and he does everything he can to help them. If he doesn't know something, he makes every effort to find out about suitable treatments, which is why I'm so grateful to his practice.
We went to the emergency vet on a Sunday. My dog was brought in; she was limping and clearly in a lot of pain. Unfortunately, they couldn't make a diagnosis, and after a brief examination, they gave us painkillers. The lack of a diagnosis meant we then had to go to another vet, where she received a diagnosis and had surgery.
Friendly and competent. Always gave us excellent advice about our dogs! Highly recommended!
Dr. Schuricht is one of the very few veterinarians with a healthy attitude towards dogs/animals in general, regarding health, illness, and handling. I appreciate his clear and honest approach and how he interacts with animals that come in for treatment. His focus is on finding the best path forward for the animal. I hope he continues to practice for many years to come.
