No matter when, Mr. Müller has always helped my French Bulldog more than anything! If we're all honest with each other, we know how expensive a vet visit can be, and that in some cases, you often don't have the money right there in an emergency. That one day, I had an emergency and didn't have any money on hand, but Mrs. Müller didn't want me to wait until I got my money. Instead, she said to come straight here because it was an emergency! I really appreciate that kind of service from a good vet because I saw that for this vet, it wasn't about the money, but about the animal's well-being!

Competence paired with empathy! My dog ​​suddenly became seriously ill while traveling through the area, with diffuse symptoms. Dr. Müller and his wife took us in immediately, examined my dog, administered initial medication, and initiated further diagnostics. A clear recommendation for this veterinary practice! Appointments are easy to schedule, and even short-notice appointments are available for emergencies. After visiting two other veterinary practices due to our dachshund's acute illnesses, we finally felt truly well cared for and advised by Dr. Müller and his team. We particularly appreciated that we were informed about various treatment options and that major procedures weren't recommended prematurely. For example, another veterinary practice had previously recommended extensive orthodontic treatment at a clinic to correct a supposed dental misalignment in our dog (who was still a puppy at the time). Dr. Müller examined everything thoroughly and then removed the affected baby teeth under local anesthesia in just a few minutes. Today, our dog has perfectly aligned teeth without any complicated treatment. The spaying procedure under general anesthesia and the subsequent recovery process were also completely trouble-free.
