Are there parking spaces directly in front of the practice?

There is ample parking available directly at the veterinary practice. These spaces are intentionally designed so that they are not directly next to the street, ensuring protection for you and your dog when getting in and out of the car.

Are house visits also offered?

Yes, for weakened or highly stressed animals, as well as for saying goodbye in a familiar environment, the practice is happy to arrange house visits upon request.

How is emergency care handled outside of opening hours?

The practice belongs to the Heilbronn East and West emergency service district. In acute emergencies outside of regular hours, the central emergency hotline will help you, connecting you directly to the veterinarian on duty.

Completely satisfied with the veterinary practice We are completely satisfied with this veterinary practice. The entire team is very friendly, empathetic, and always takes ample time. I particularly appreciate their high level of expertise and the thorough explanations – you truly feel well cared for and understood. Our dog is a bit anxious, but this is always treated with great care and consideration. The team is especially sensitive to her needs, which is very important to us and gives us peace of mind. We were very satisfied with both the consultation for our dog and the surgery performed. Everything was explained clearly and carried out professionally. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Many thanks to the entire team – we will gladly return anytime!

A truly excellent practice with a fantastic, very dedicated team. We took Luci there for what was probably a somewhat complicated dental surgery and are so glad we made the slightly longer trip, even though there's a veterinary clinic just around the corner here in Wiesloch. Luci is doing great, a very special thank you and best regards to Ms. E. for the wonderful care :-)
