Please forgive me, but it's absolutely unnecessary if I express my profound frustration with comments regarding appointment scheduling and potential delays. This isn't about a hair appointment or similar services, but rather appointments at a doctor's office. There are emergencies, unforeseen events, such as treatments or examinations that can take longer due to the need for further diagnosis, etc. I've been taking my dogs to the Sinsheim Animal Center for several years now, and we've experienced every possible scenario: we've been there at 2 a.m., had an unexpected surgery in the evening, another evening required emergency euthanasia, and there were sudden, serious health problems, etc. Every single time, and I mean every single time, we were squeezed in at very short notice. Other times we had a wait, and other times everything went perfectly on time. ... It's possible that you might not understand if you've never been in a precarious situation, which isn't exactly a pleasant experience, but in that moment it's incredibly helpful for both people AND animals to know that someone is doing their best to help. I believe that this certainty of help and support more than justifies a wait, even without a phone notification, because that time is already allocated to managing other important tasks at reception. All the staff at the practice are highly competent and very friendly. They don't just do their job; you can also feel their love for the animals, as they not only treat them but also take the time to pet them. I've had the most contact with Ms. Teinert so far and am very impressed; I hope she stays with the practice for a long time to come!
