Excellent veterinary assistants and doctors. Our dog is terrified of the vet, and they were very understanding of this. The two complicated surgeries helped our dog immensely. The first time, our dog was very, very ill, and an emergency operation was performed. They explained everything carefully and gently, including potential risks, and even removed a small, visible tumor. During the second operation, they waited very carefully until the anesthetic took effect. They also provided us with very competent information. The aftercare was also excellent.
