I had an great experience here although I am an expat and don’t speak German very well yet. All the staff is extremely kind, they speak excellent English and they have patiently investigated and treated all my elderly cat’s concerns. They listen and explain every procedure in detail and take time to ease your anxiety when anything is wrong with your beloved furry friend. Even when going through surgery, I always got updates on my cat’s condition and I trust them fully to this point as they do not give up on finding a solution to any given problem. Also, I would like to point out that it’s really easy to get an appointment online via their website and I could always book blood tests or a checkup in the next 2-3 days. I highly recommend them.

Amazing doctors and staff!! Our Jamie is an Aussie, he has been going to this vet since he was a little puppy. We are always so nicely welcomed and Jamie is treated with a lot of patience, care and love. Highly recommend it!
