Absolutely excellent and competent care! My rabbit wasn't feeling well, so I consulted the emergency veterinary service list for the Rheingau-Taunus district and found this practice. I received a very straightforward and competent initial assessment over the phone. They actively suggested ways to improve the situation for my pet at home and tried to avoid unnecessary costs. This is truly commendable! Unfortunately, I did have to bring Lionel to the practice. The location is easy to reach, and parking is available. The reception staff were very friendly, and Lionel was treated with great care. Unfortunately, I then had to go to the veterinary clinic in Hofheim, but only because Dr. Janu assessed the situation so competently! Without her assessment and help, Lio wouldn't have survived the night. So, if you're looking for an experienced vet for rabbits, this is definitely the right place! The practice even contacted me afterward because they were concerned about Lionel. The phone call was very friendly, and I was happy to announce that Lionel is doing well again. We were both delighted! :-) Thanks again to the team! Please keep up the great work. You can really tell that the animals are the top priority here!

Absolutely recommended!! I had an emergency with my mare yesterday (a deep cut). The veterinary practice of Drs. Janu was recommended to me, as I'm new to the Rheingau region and hadn't had a vet in the area before. Dr. Filip Janu came to our house and took wonderful care of my sensitive mare. She's usually very wary of strangers, but she trusted him immediately. He worked very thoroughly and precisely and explained everything in detail. I was delighted by his respectful and friendly manner, which wasn't lacking despite his packed schedule. The follow-up care was also excellent, and I had a very pleasant conversation with his assistant today. You really felt that the animal was being well cared for. My horse and I felt very comfortable, and I sincerely hope we'll have similar positive experiences with the practice in the future. Thank you so much. And all the best to the practice team! :)

Both the veterinarians and the assistants are incredibly competent, friendly, and helpful. They left no stone unturned in their efforts to help my cat. Their care was so loving and honest. Even the difficult final moments were handled with dignity. I thank the entire team for their years of dedicated care.
