Very competent, friendly, and caring Veterinarian, that was available quickly for an emergency. We are truly grateful for the home visiting service, highly recommended!

The best! Helped when no one else would. My dog was in serious condition and no veterinarian would see us right away. We were about to drive an hour to the next English speaking Urgent Care place when Callavet returned my call and calmed me down enough to think rationally. They were very caring about my situation and explained my options. They worked with me to decide the best choice of action. I had to let my love of 12 years, Lance, go. Callavet comforted me. The receptionist followed up with me and explained everything. She got a doctor to come to my home in Groß-Gerau where services were performed. This was best because he was where he loved to be, home. It was also less stressful for him and us because we didn't have to try and take him on a long journey across the city. Callavet handled everything for us and the costs were reasonable and worth the service. It was a very difficult time for our family and I am thankful that Callavet was there to help us through it. Now our healing begins. Yes, I highly recommend Callavet especially if having them come to you is your best option. They speak English, are very responsive, and take EC and cash. NOTE, Callavet is a mobile home service meaning that they come to you, you don't go to them.

Would recommend this service to anyone. We had to unfortunately let our dog go, and the need came up quickly. I called in the morning and the Vet was incredibly flexible and at our house in the afternoon (even though we had to reschedule once). We've had to have dogs euthanized before in the US and this was the 'best' experience of all. The veterinarian did an amazing job, incredibly respectful. Our beloved dog was able to pass peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones and this was worth every penny to us. Thank you for everything, although it was a very sad day, your kind words and genuine empathy for the situation helped significantly!

Our beloved dog Lola sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday at the age of 13 due to very poor health. Since she was no longer able to travel, we contacted Callavet. From the initial phone call and consultation with Dr. Weber to the final euthanasia of our darling dog by her and her assistant the following day, we have nothing but positive things to say. In such a sad and difficult situation, she lovingly cared for Lola and empathetically found the right words for us, acting with the utmost professionalism.
