I had another very good experience with Dr. Mengel.
We brought our Jack Russell Terrier to the vet yesterday as an emergency. The staff were very friendly and the vet was very competent, helping us immediately. Charly is doing well again. Thanks to the whole team.
We switched veterinary practices after our experience. We personally felt that the way our pet was handled was not very empathetic, and during consultations we often felt judged rather than supported as partners. The costs were also higher than we expected. Unfortunately, the overall feeling we had there was no longer right.
