Small practice operating exclusively by appointment, either by phone or via scheduled home visits. Even in cases of acute problems, Dr. Hartmann has always taken the time to thoroughly examine our dog to offer the best possible care. Furthermore, Dr. Hartmann has a very pleasant and calm demeanor, which allows her to remain unperturbed. Overall, a highly recommended veterinarian. We will gladly return.

I can highly recommend Dr. Annette Hartmann. She recently spayed my cat, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. She is very empathetic and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions. Everything went smoothly on the day of the surgery, and I felt safe leaving my cat in her hands. She's nice and friendly, but I find it a shame that she charges for trying to comb a dog's fur (even though it wasn't requested), as well as for trimming the eyes or paws. I think that's very disappointing! So always ask about the price beforehand! Otherwise, I think she's good, except that after this review, I'm not allowed to come back because she seems to think it's too negative.

Dr. Hartmann is a very pleasant veterinarian who treats animals calmly and patiently. The practice itself is also pleasantly quiet and well-organized. The staff are very friendly, and you feel well cared for. It's rare to find a practice like this.
