Even though nothing could be done for my cat in the end, I can only say thank you for everything the entire team did for us. All the veterinarians worked together to see how he could still be saved. Everyone gave their absolute best! And they were so compassionate—not only towards our cat, but also towards us as his owners! Thank you so much!!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this practice, especially to the emergency veterinarian on duty today, Ms. Laske. We were so relieved to receive help for our cat, Garfield, who suddenly became seriously ill on Sunday. Ms. Laske cared for our Garfield with compassion, understanding, and expertise. And even though it was already evening when we had to say goodbye to him in cat heaven, I was warmly welcomed. Many thanks and God bless this wonderful veterinarian.

I went to this practice on Friday for an emergency appointment after contacting what felt like 20 veterinarians in my area. Either no one was available, I was disconnected from the call queue, or I was warned right away on the phone that I was in for an extremely long wait and that I should expect to pay €600 for an examination and an X-ray, which I found quite alarming. Finally, I decided to broaden my search and came across this practice. The woman on the phone was very friendly and empathetic and let me in immediately. After a wait of about 15 minutes, it was my turn, and I met Dr. Mitko. She examined him thoroughly and took an X-ray. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for my cat because he had an aortic thrombosis, and I decided to have him euthanized. But I must say that despite the difficult decision to let my pet go, I felt very well cared for by this vet. She was incredibly empathetic and treated my cat with extreme love and affection. Additionally, I'd like to speak openly about the prices. I paid just under €185 for the examination, the x-ray, and the euthanasia, which is a perfectly reasonable price.
