The care they provided was not only medically perfect, but also filled with love, compassion, and humanity. You can feel the heart that goes into this practice every second. No matter when I came, they always took the time to comfort us, explain things, and make us feel like we weren't alone. Especially during the most difficult time, when you lose your beloved pet, it is invaluable to find such a team. They treated Nala with such respect, warmth, and care, as if she were their own dog. For me, this is the best practice in the entire area. Professional, loving, patient, and with hearts of gold. Friendly vet. I was glad she could take the blood sample from the leg that had already been shaved. It's just a shame it takes a day for the progesterone results to come back. As a breeder, I'd be grateful if it could be determined within two hours. Otherwise, it can be too late. And yes, I know that if it has to be sent to the lab in Kornwestheim, it takes longer.

Unfortunately, my cat Jack was found to have a blood clot in his main artery, and I had to let him go. But the team is outstanding. Thank you all.
