Dr. Litz und Fischer - Tierärztl. Gemeinschaftspraxis

I contacted the designated emergency service of this practice in the early morning hours due to an acute medical problem with my cat. While the call was answered promptly, the subsequent handling of the situation was completely inappropriate. After briefly describing the situation, I was simply advised to contact a more distant veterinary clinic. When I then attempted to ask a follow-up question, the call was abruptly ended without a word – no farewell or further explanation. This is particularly disappointing for me, as I have been treated by Dr. Litz several times before and have always had very positive experiences with her. This behavior during the emergency service is all the more appalling and regrettable, as it appeared neither professional nor respectful in such an acute emergency situation.

I feel very well looked after and receive excellent advice. They always take the necessary time, and I never feel rushed. Always pleasant to talk to, and appointments can usually be arranged at short notice. Thank you!
