I wanted information about a microchip for male dogs (testosterone) because he's been so interested in the females this year. As a new customer, I wouldn't have received any information over the phone, but when I explained that I didn't want to travel to every veterinary practice to get information during the pandemic, I reluctantly received some information. Then I was told that the farrier was there and she couldn't take any more calls. I replied that if I couldn't take a call, I wouldn't answer it. I'd rather be dealt with that way than be brushed off. Fine, then.

I can't understand the negative review! Great vet. Her prices are really OK, unlike other vets in Heilbronn. You can even reach her via WhatsApp outside of the small animal practice's opening hours, and you always get an honest and quick answer. She's always available in emergencies. Technically competent and straightforward. While she's not always perfectly friendly on the phone when things get hectic, she's always there when you need her. Since she also treats large animals, the small animal practice isn't open every day, but that's manageable. I think she's great, and she really only does what needs to be done. Just for comparison: The same problem, one vet told me straight away it would cost around €1,500, while she quoted me €200. What a difference!

Unvaccinated people are not allowed into this vet's office (!!!). This isn't mentioned over the phone, only when you arrive with a sick animal at her practice. What kind of world are we living in where doctors (!!!) refuse entry to healthy people? It says it all about this person.

With just one or two skillful movements, the stressful situation was over for my cat. The subsequent advice was professional and honest. They made the stay very pleasant for both pet and owner.

Finally, a doctor who gets to the bottom of things! I'm very satisfied 😀
