What a messy place. You schedule an appointment but there is no chance to have in the proper time. Once we had to wait for almost 2hours. Today we had an appointment and when we arrive: there is no Termin. I will never go back to this clinic.

I am came from 🇺🇦 with my cat Sphinx breed, my cat needs vet help. 08 April I visited clinic and received the excellent service, attention to my cat free of payment .The animal was treated with great love, all the procedures were done carefully and quickly, at a high professional level. I don't speak German and it could cause difficulties. The clinic was able to solve even this issue, as there is a nurse ( Frau Olga Findling ) who translated within my visit. Separately, I want to note the high level of professionalism, tolerance of doctor Dominik Nautscher who helped us and gave special attention to all nuances my pet after stresses. Thank your very much to clinic, doctor and all the team for the excellent service, help&support. I recommend this clinic to everyone who has a pet, you will receive great service and your pet will be in reliable hands of clinic ANICURA

Hello this is Yeti. We just arrived in Germany and my pawrents spoke minimal German. Mama took me into the clinical without appointments. The staff sitting at the front were extremely kind and helpful and took us in. Dr. Sakamoto saw me first and ran some tests, explained the next steps and admitted me. People all tried to speak English to me. Dr. Christall followed up and encouraged me to eat and drink and we became friends. They provided my pawrents flexibility so I could gain some respite at home with my cat sister. I wanted to hug everyone. I loved the people here, and the doctors said as much as I am cute, they prefer to see me again only for regular check ups with my cat sister. Mama told me to write a note to thank everyone for saving my life.
