Reviews
I've been going there for years. I'm very, very satisfied with both doctors (Dr. Müller and Dr. Henke). My dog has always received the help he needs, and they've always taken the time to explain everything calmly and, if necessary, to start the required treatment. Waiting times are very short, even when I showed up with my dog without an appointment because he wasn't feeling well. The reception staff is always very organized and friendly.
When my son was feeling unwell, you were very helpful and encouraging. You also gave us excellent advice on what to do to heal my dog's eye. We are very grateful to you.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this vet. A few weeks ago, we took our cat here because he was repeatedly suffering from bloody diarrhea. Initially, we were only advised to change his diet, but we had foresightedly taken a stool sample for a parasite test. Since we didn't hear anything from the practice after the visit, we assumed the sample was negative. After our cat's condition continued to deteriorate, we had to go to the emergency clinic three weeks later and paid several hundred euros for an X-ray. The following Monday, we went straight back to the practice in Neckargarten because his symptoms weren't improving. There, we were informed that the test from four weeks earlier had been positive for parasites. However, we were never informed of this, and our cat had to endure weeks of continued pain and the entire X-ray procedure. Instead of an apology, the vet simply mumbled, "Yes, it's your own responsibility to call them again about the results." Apart from the fact that the results could have been communicated to us over the phone when we asked for a follow-up appointment for the X-ray, at least an apology would have been appropriate.
We visited the practice for the first time this week. The doctor was very empathetic and competent. The assistants were friendly and helpful. We will continue to use this practice.
We are very satisfied with the veterinary practice. Our two rescue kittens are always treated very well here, and everyone is very friendly. Both the veterinarians and the entire practice team are truly wonderful. No matter what question you ask, it is answered thoroughly and objectively without any eye-rolling or anything like that. The practice team is also very competent and helpful, even over the phone. The neutering of our cat and tomcat also went very smoothly and without any complications. We feel very well cared for and well-advised here. Unlike other veterinary practices in Heilbronn, they don't try to sell you unnecessary procedures.
