Been there while visiting my family since my dog got sick. Great service, very friendly. They take their time, answer questions. They really make you feel comfortable unlike other vets. Also very reasonable prices. People complaining about the prices never visited a vet in Berlin or other big cities.

Technically okay (as far as I can tell), price okay, but the person was quite odd. I felt like a schoolboy being lectured repeatedly. There was no medical assistant in the practice; he did everything himself and seemed quite stressed.

Despite, or perhaps because of, Covid-19, the practice operates in a very predictable and reliable manner. The doctor and staff take ample time for each patient. Their professional and empathetic approach, for example when administering medication, is excellent. Many thanks to all the staff, and please stay healthy!

Outrageous!!! I wasn't allowed to be present during the treatment!!! I have no idea what was done to the animal. The same problem occurred today as yesterday. Today I have to go to the vet again. NEVER AGAIN TO THAT VET'S PRACTICE! I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT!!! I PROMISE!!!

I (unfortunately) visit Dr. Brlecic quite often with my dog... even though my dog ​​is a real sensitive soul, she's always happy to see every member of staff at the practice, including Dr. Brlecic himself. The concerns and worries are always taken seriously, no matter how full the waiting room is. You never feel rushed or like you're not being given enough time. All options are discussed in detail, and the focus is always on the individual animal, not on "how to maximize my bills." He treats my dog ​​like his own and acts accordingly. I value his honest words and opinions and am grateful for his advice. The entire practice team is very friendly, helpful in every way they can be, and genuinely happy to see every animal that enters the practice. The animals sense this and enjoy coming – as much as you can enjoy going to the vet, anyway ;) You can tell that everyone is passionate about their work. It's clear that everyone is truly dedicated to their profession. He treats my dog ​​like his own and acts accordingly. I only visited Ms. Henninger occasionally, but she too is friendly, always pro-dog, and takes time for all concerns. Even when I lived in Stuttgart, I remained loyal to him—and for good reason.
