Dr. Jansen is simply a fantastic veterinarian! You immediately notice how much heart, calmness, and expertise she brings to her work. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats the animals with incredible care. You simply feel in good hands with her – both as an animal and as an owner. Thank you for the wonderful care and your great dedication. Highly recommended!

We brought our sick dog to the vet because he was constantly urinating. Three weeks prior, he had been diagnosed with a slight leak in his heart valve. Due to the increased urination, he received an injection in his back, which we found very odd. It didn't improve, so a few days later we returned to the vet for an X-ray and antibiotics for a suspected urinary tract infection. After a week, the urination still hadn't completely stopped. Our dog's condition deteriorated rapidly; he could barely walk, let alone stand, collapsed, and had great difficulty breathing. We went back to the vet, and all they said was, "Oh, how quickly that happened." The vet wanted to take another X-ray even though the dog was beyond saving. The euthanasia procedure was completely unprofessional. Instead of using an IV, the vet gave our dog the injection in his hind leg, causing him additional pain. It didn't work, so the vet administered a second injection directly into his heart. We were devastated, and this after almost 13 years of being a patient of our dog's. I will never set foot in this practice again, let alone recommend it to anyone. The emergency mobile number could not be reached either.

A super nice veterinarian and a lovely team. They take plenty of time to answer questions. The first practice our dog has gone into without fear. Appointments are relatively easy to get. So far, the waiting times have always been short. There's parking behind the building with direct access to the practice.
