Super clinic to entrust the health and well being of your beloved horses. Doesn’t matter if it’s a hobby horse or a high level sporthorse. Super facilities, very knowledgeable staff and great care.
Worst experience ever! Unauthorised treatments and no adherence to verbally agreed discount commitments - just to maximise clinic profits. Impossible to get hold of the responsible surgeon, they don’t even communicate when your horse will be operated, and what else they do with it to get most money out of it. And they get away with this because you love your horse and they know you will do everything to make it better. They will enforce you to pay whatever they bill you in the end - not honouring promised discounts or any agreed authorisations - otherwise you don’t get your horse back. Results are disappointing and terrible customer service on top of it all. Never had to deal with such a badly organised institution with no integrity…
