Thank God I found this place. A wonderful doctor who, miraculously, thanks to a friend's suggestion, led me to take my 14-year-old dog for a kidney problem. After some tests and treatments, she's fully recovered and has all the energy she had when she was 5 years old. A blessing! The cost of the tests and treatments is reasonable. In Düsseldorf, I would have had to sell my kidney to pay such exorbitant and uncontrolled costs. I'm so happy to have my little girl back for longer than I ever thought I would. A million thanks to the whole team! 😍

A very friendly and competent practice team! You can get an appointment quickly, and they even consult directly with the veterinarian over the phone, so you receive expert answers immediately. On-site, the entire team provides warm and competent care – my cat Louis is in the best hands here. Highly recommended!

I am more than satisfied with this veterinary practice. My cat had an acute, life-threatening condition, and we received prompt, efficient, and highly competent help. The entire team was very attentive, caring, and calm – we always felt taken seriously and in good hands. Nothing was unnecessarily delayed, and everything was explained clearly, so even as a very anxious pet owner, I felt well cared for. I would especially like to emphasize the loving way my cat was treated, as well as the patience and empathy shown to us. Despite several appointments in a short period, we were never rushed but always treated kindly and attentively. The costs were also completely fair and transparent, especially considering the amount of effort, time, and medical care required. I am very grateful for the quick help and dedicated service and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
