Our dog was cared for at this veterinary practice for many years. All diagnoses and treatments were carried out with the utmost competence and for our dog's well-being. We are very grateful that they cared for him and us until his very last breath. Our special thanks go to Ms. Yanez-Bubenberger, who was always there for us during this time.

Finding a vet who specializes in guinea pigs is like finding a four-leaf clover. We've found ours. They always try to find a way to help as quickly as possible and schedule an appointment, whether it's in person, with a wait, or leaving the animal there. If someone isn't entirely sure, a second person takes a look. Everything is explained in a way that's easy to understand. The staff are invaluable, and even when they're busy, they're always friendly, kind, and empathetic. Emails with small questions are answered the same day, or you get a phone call. I wouldn't go anywhere else voluntarily. Keep up the great work!

A truly fantastic practice! I arrived late one evening with my rabbit as an emergency patient, and the vet and assistant were incredibly well-prepared, explained everything to me, and went to great lengths to help! They even called the next day to check on my rabbit! Simply wonderful! I'm so glad there are still such great teams out there! Thank you so much!

I visited this veterinary practice today during regular opening hours. That was my first and definitely last time. I was turned away with my sick dog because they weren't accepting any new patients. I was told to contact the emergency veterinary service; they weren't responsible for my dog. They didn't care about my dog's suffering. He wasn't even examined. According to the veterinary practice that examined him after my visit to Katzberg, my dog ​​had a fever of 39.8 degrees Celsius (101.8 degrees Fahrenheit), was in pain, and had chills. What a shame. I've experienced much better animal care at other practices.

A truly wonderful veterinary practice with amazing, warm-hearted staff and veterinarians. I switched my cat Dino to the Katzberg Veterinary Practice after changing my old vet. They always took plenty of time for me, and the way they treat the animals is simply loving. Unfortunately, Dino had to have some teeth removed due to FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), but I received incredibly empathetic support throughout the surgery and aftercare. I am so grateful to have found this practice, especially for Dino. It's like having a "new" cat – he plays like a kitten again, romps around, and you can tell how happy he is! No matter how many worries or questions I had, they were always there to listen. Thank you so much for everything ♥️
