A truly fantastic practice! I arrived late one evening with my rabbit as an emergency patient, and the vet and assistant were incredibly well-prepared, explained everything to me, and went to great lengths to help! They even called the next day to check on my rabbit! Simply wonderful! I'm so glad there are still such great teams out there! Thank you so much!

Our dog was cared for at this veterinary practice for many years. All diagnoses and treatments were carried out with the utmost competence and for our dog's well-being. We are very grateful that they cared for him and us until his very last breath. Our special thanks go to Ms. Yanez-Bubenberger, who was always there for us during this time.

I visited this practice today during regular business hours. The first and definitely last time. I was sent away with my sick dog because they were no longer accepting new patients. I was told to contact the emergency veterinary service, as they weren't responsible for my dog. My dog's suffering was ignored. The dog wasn't even examined. My dog, according to the practice that examined him after my visit to Katzberg, has a fever of 39.8 degrees Celsius, is in pain, and has chills. What a shame. I've seen a different kind of animal love in other practices.

My cat Sunny, due to his chronic, terminal illness, is regularly treated at a distant veterinary clinic. He requires a large number of essential medications on a regular basis, which cannot simply be discontinued. The clinic regularly confirms the necessity of these medications. Nevertheless, the pharmacy at the Katzberg veterinary practice refuses to sell me these prescribed medications, thereby endangering my cat's life. To obtain the medication from you, you require an additional, pointless visit to your practice, which would further stress my cat. So, once again, this is only about making money and not about the animals' well-being.

A truly wonderful veterinary practice with amazing, warm-hearted staff and veterinarians. I switched my cat Dino to the Katzberg Veterinary Practice after changing my old vet. They always took plenty of time for me, and the way they treat the animals is simply loving. Unfortunately, Dino had to have some teeth removed due to FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), but I received incredibly empathetic support throughout the surgery and aftercare. I am so grateful to have found this practice, especially for Dino. It's like having a "new" cat – he plays like a kitten again, romps around, and you can tell how happy he is! No matter how many worries or questions I had, they were always there to listen. Thank you so much for everything ♥️
