A very empathetic and competent veterinarian. Always strives to do what's best for the animal. She doesn't use a sledgehammer to crack a nut, but treats in a balanced and appropriate manner. The owner is involved and fully informed.

She's always available, even for emergencies outside of practice hours. The prices are also absolutely reasonable; you never get the feeling that payment is the priority.
