I have only positive things to say about the vet. We were on vacation and had an emergency on a Saturday. We couldn't reach anyone except Ms. Zerbes. Even though she was on a house call, she was there immediately when we arrived. She provided excellent advice, too. Thanks again for everything.

Dr. Zerbes is a very special veterinarian who took extra time for our dog Noah over the weekend. With great empathy and expertise, she gently cared for him, ensuring he never suffered. Her loving nature was a great comfort to us during a very difficult time. We hope she enjoyed the clarified butter; she knows what we mean. 😌

I don't think I've ever met such a bad vet. Every time I call, she just wants to get rid of me as quickly as possible. She never calls back, even though she says she will. Treatments: In my opinion, she has absolutely no clue what she's doing. She's never been able to help me with any of my dog's problems. She always prescribes pills immediately. She never actually examines the dog, even when I describe exactly what internal or external symptoms he has. She constantly interrupts and never lets me finish speaking. Never again! I haven't experienced such incompetence in a long time.

Dr. Zerbes is an outstanding veterinarian; she is truly dedicated to the well-being of her animals. Everything she does is very transparent, and she explains everything in great detail. She takes a lot of time for both the animal and its owner. For her, the success of the treatment is paramount, not financial gain. I hope she continues to have her practice for many years to come; she is the best person I can turn to for my animals. I highly recommend this wonderful and compassionate veterinarian. A fantastic veterinarian with a heart of gold! I've been going to Dr. Zerbes for a while now, and she always has great advice so you don't have to rush to her right away. And if you do need to go, there's no long wait, and she gives excellent advice! I've also contacted her twice outside of regular office hours for emergencies, and she always helped me immediately or even let me come into the practice!
