From the very beginning, I felt very well cared for at this practice. And this impression has been confirmed. After several years of being baffled as to why my cat was licking his belly so intensely that he had large wounds, Dr. Gang-Stiller and her team were the first to not only treat the wounds and symptoms, but to search for the underlying cause. They did so meticulously, patiently, and with a willingness to consider other possibilities. This included referring me to a specialist to investigate a suspected diagnosis that required particular expertise. The entire team always took the time to provide me with truly comprehensive information and advice. In addition, they treated my cat with empathy and warmth. After years, I finally know what his problem is. That it's chronic and will remain an issue. And that it's not my fault or irresponsibility that he has these problems – something I had to hear from other veterinarians as well. I will definitely remain loyal to this practice.

A very nice practice with a kind, empathetic, and well-educated veterinarian and assistants. I had only had bad experiences with my old vet. This vet treated my cat, and it felt like a luxury treatment. They weighed the animal, took its temperature, and even checked its teeth. The vets were also very kind and helpful, explaining everything to me. Prices are reasonable, especially nowadays. Unfortunately, I had to have my second cat euthanized there due to advanced FIP. She was with me and even sent me a letter of condolence a week or two later. That's not something you can take for granted, and it was incredibly sweet of her! Thank you so much. ^^ You can tell she knows what she's doing and that her job, and especially the animals, are very important to her. I will continue to take my cats here as long as possible and feel very well cared for.
